Inside the books are alike as to page size and layout.  Serious readers interested in the History of the time have indicated a preference for the spiral-bound form.

The appropriate amount is USD$25 (plus 8.25% sales tax if the book is sent to a California address) plus USD$5 shipping per copy (domestic, 50 states only).
